I never really walk in knowing what I want exactly. So I told her "I want my hair to look healthy. Give me something new - give me a makeover". Boy, did she! I don't think I would've been this bold but I'm starting to be smitten with my new do. On top of that, she offered some coloring shampoo to help with darkening the tone once it fades out (knowing I'm the lazy client who usually leaves things til it gets out of hand before I come running to get her to fix it).
